The development and maintenance of long term and effective relationships is critical to the ongoing success of a Collaborative Contract or relationship project. As the nominated Coach, our Consultants will work closely with the key leadership team to develop a tailored strategy that will support the team in realising their potential to deliver outstanding project outcomes.


  • Working in consultation with the project leadership team to develop an Organisational Development Management Plan
  • Developing activities unique to the team and the project that will support the achievement of gamebreaking outcomes
  • Supporting the leadership team to implement the agreed activities within the agreed timeframes
  • Regular follow up and consultation with key project team members in terms of the team’s progress on the project
  • Ongoing monitoring of the Climate across the project to ensure that this is supporting the team to achieve the desired outcomes on the project
