The tender process for any project can often be a challenging, time consuming and costly process. This is even more so for a Collaborative Contract or relationship tender process where the requirements for the tender team go far beyond conventional or traditional projects. The successful team is often selected based on their ability to actively engage the client, develop successful relationships and demonstrate the potential to achieve outstanding project results.

Our Consultants have coached many successful teams through the selection process. Our focus is on developing a unique process to support the team members to establish the necessary capabilities that will set them up for success both in the selection process and beyond.


  • Consultation with the Bid Manager and Project Director to identify the specific needs of the team during the coaching process
  • Develop a tailored process that will support the achievement of these outcomes and meet the needs of the team
  • Assist the team to develop the technical knowledge and behavioural capacity to support them throughout the selection process
  • Integrate team building or team development processes into the program where required
  • Develop program resources for participants
  • Prepare an outputs document outlining the key outcomes from the program
  • Review the outcomes of the program in consultation with the manager and design future coaching sessions around these outcomes
