Christina has a background in Strategic Marketing and Innovation Management for a large corporation in the Automotive Industry and as a successful facilitator, trainer, coach and change agent within this company’s continuous improvement process for several years. She therefore has an extensive background in the design and implementation of organisational change coupled with experience in culture and behaviour change. She is experienced in working with a variety of people from all levels of an organisation, including excellent relationship building skills.
