Christina Levinson

Christina has a passion for interacting with people and working with groups. She is an energetic and enthusiastic person with strong communication, team building, presentation and facilitation skills.  Christina has a background in Strategic Marketing and Innovation Management for a large corporation in the Automotive Industry and as a successful facilitator, trainer, coach and change agent within this company’s continuous improvement process for several years. She therefore has an extensive background in the design and implementation of organisational change coupled with experience in culture and behaviour change. She is experienced in working with a variety of people from all levels of an organisation, including excellent relationship building skills. Her strong analytical, negotiation and consulting skills make her a high performing Organisational Development Consultant.

Christina has a significant understanding of managing change with experience as a manager, mentor, advisor and educator, capable of working across both the strategic and operational aspects. She also has competencies in management and business development as well as in TQM and process improvement methodologies.
